产品概述
GDS-3000A系列数字示波器有1GHz带宽,提供2通道、4通道模拟通道和可选16通道逻辑分析仪。该系列的特点是每个通道高达200 Mpts的记录长度;5GSa/s实时采样率(半通道),2.5 GSa/s实时采样率(全通道);搭配10.2”TFT LCD并提供色温显示模式。
精确的信号采集与分析
GDS-3000A系列示波器提供每个通道高达200Mpts的记录长度,超长记录长度的优点允许用户即使在低速时间设置下也能保持较高的采样率;波形更新率高达200,000wfm/s;最多提供490,000组分段存储功能提供更强捕获和分析能力。
在测试方面,GDS-3000A集成了精细刻度功能,允许用户根据要求对垂直刻度进行微调,从而实现全刻度测试,提高测试精度。采用10.2”大屏幕显示和高分辨率模式的采样方法,可在高带宽测试下获得低噪声信号。
此外,该系列配有1MQ和50Q输入阻抗供选择,可根据不同的DUT测试要求进行设置,以达到阻抗匹配的效果。搜索功能可根据测试需要快速查找满足条件的信号。光标标记功能允许用户清楚地观察光标测试的每个点的电压(或电流)、时间和差值数据。通过指示器功能,测试范围将显示在波形的特定部分。
双域测试
对于频域测试,配备双通道频谱分析仪,允许用户同时测试和分析两个通道的频域信号。它还配备了光谱图功能,使用户可以轻松观察复杂的频域波动,这些波动按比例分解为简单的叠加波,从而了解信号强度分布。按键允许用户对操作进行更多的改进设置,从而提高测试效率。
13种电源测试分析功能
GDS-3000A为开关电源测试提供了丰富的测试项目。提供的电源测试项目包括交流输入分析项目:电源品质、谐波、浪涌电流;直流输出分析所需测试项目:纹波/噪声、瞬态响应分析、开/关分析、效率;控制回路响应(Bode)和电源抑制比(PSRR);完整的开关元件分析项目:调制、开关损耗、SOA(安全工作区)和磁性分析:B-H曲线。GDS-3000A内建50MHz(GCP-530)和100MHz(GCP-1030)电流探头的电源。此功能可以节省用户购买电流探头电源的成本,减轻外出携带电流探头电源的负担。
GDS-3000A标配双通道25MHz任意波发生器和频率响应分析功能。频率响应分析功能(FRA)具有加载功能,可加载多个FRA测试结果进行比较。还提供用户可定义的快捷键,提高测试效率。
GDS-3000A提供了丰富的通信接口。除了常用的USB Host、USB Device和LAN接口外,它还包括一个高度稳定的RS-232C接口,另可选配的GPIB接口。
